Academic Mentoring & Studies Director

Wentworth's bespoke service supports students, guides them throughout the academic year, and encourages their academic progress. Our student mentor is a trusted older sibling and takes on the role of director of studies, overseeing their academic success and progress at school. Our service is engaging for the student; we advise students in their key decisions and academic strategy; motivating and encouraging students to succeed. Communication is key, and we make sure that everyone stays on top of the student’s academic status, providing an all important liaison between school, teachers, parents, student, and tutors.

At Wentworth Education, we have found that there are often flaws in the communication between parents, school teachers, tutors and student. Therefore the aim of this service is to connect all parties together with the same goals: academic excellence for the student. Many of our clients praise the quarterly strategy review meetings we set up in this service, because unlike other education consultancies, we involve the student in discussions about their progress and by empowering them, we motivate them to want to improve.

In addition to the excellent communication found in this service is the strength of the relationships that are built between student and mentor, and as a result of this between student and all support pillars. Our clients trust in our mentors to oversee their child’s academic life and everything that is involved in this. As a result we have helped students not only improve their grades in school, but develop as young adults and improve their communication skills.
