I graduated from Oriel College, Oxford in July 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Throughout my school career I have balanced academic life with competitive tennis as a government funded, semi-professional player. This required huge drive and efficiency, for which I was rewarded with a stellar set of results at both GCSE and A-Level and a place at Oxford. Before starting my degree, I began tutoring part-time and have since helped children of a range of ages and abilities achieve similar academic excellence. I specialise in entrance to the UK's top schools, and have tutored students towards 7+, 8+, 11+ and Common Entrance to Westminster, St. Paul's and King's College to name a few. I am also interested in preparing students for Oxbridge entrance, and look to develop a student's passion for subjects beyond the syllabus not only immediately preceding their application, but in the years prior. I wish to help as many students as possible reach their desired academic goals and hugely enjoy transferring my own knowledge to my young protégées. ...
I was educated at Westminster School and Oxford, and have worked as a private English tutor since the beginning of the 2016 academic year. My students have ranged in age from six to eighteen, studied a variety of different curricula, and all have specific needs that I strive to meet in every lesson.I continually work to pass on my great love of literature to every student I teach. I've been lucky enough to have experienced great teaching throughout my whole life; it is my passion and my privilege to pass on my love of learning. ...
I am a qualified teacher of German and French at an independent school in Hampstead. I teach four days a week, but on weekends and Mondays I am free to tutor. I can work with students of all ages and abilities, from university students to younger children. I also have experience and qualifications to teach English as a foreign language to adults, and have an educational background in chemistry. ...
I am a recent graduate of Durham University, where I completed a BA in English and Philosophy. Although I went to university in the UK, I grew up in New York, and completed all of my schooling in America. I attended one of the top boarding schools in the country, Groton School, on an academic scholarship. I took the SAT and AP exams, earning some of the highest scores in my class for both. I have been tutoring since the age of 15, as part of a tutoring program at Groton, for English and Philosophy students at Durham, and for the past few months here in London. Having attended both US and UK education systems, I understand and can work with both curriculums, especially with university entrance exams and processes. ...
I am an expert tutor and education consultant with a first-class English degree, a Masters from Cambridge and over ten years' experience in outstanding institutions in the UK and overseas.

My most recent teaching post was Head of English at The Latymer School, one of the highest performing state schools in the UK.

In my spare time, I am a contributor to magazines including The Spectator and Prospect Magazine, and am currently writing a television series on free schools at the NFTS. ...
I’m a postgraduate medical student at King’s College London and Bristol University graduate with a passion for a wide range of subjects. Studying humanities to A level, focusing on crop genetics during my undergraduate degree and now working to become a doctor translates well into tutoring a varied curriculum and ensures I’ve had plenty of experience in the process of learning. I'm an enthusiastic tutor; effective tutoring raises children’s confidence and gives them skills which they can take far beyond our sessions, which is my favourite aspect of the job. ...
I graduated from University College London (UCL) in 2014 with a 1st class degree in Ancient History and a Cambridge CELTA qualification in English foreign language teaching. I grew up in Sussex, England where I went to Worth Abbey boarding school and obtained my A-Levels (Maths, English, French and Music). Before applying to university I moved to London to study two more A-Levels (Ancient History and Classics) at Mander Portman Woodward sixth form college (MPW) in South Kensington. Throughout university I was an English language teacher at different international summer schools teaching teenagers of various nationalities including French, Spanish, Japanese and Russian.

After graduating from UCL I moved to the south of Spain where I tutored part-time on a one-to-one basis helping students of all ages improve their conversational English. ...
My name is Sasha and I'm a graduate student of medicine at King's College London. I completed an undergraduate degree, and Masters, in chemistry (with chemical biology). I have been tutoring for the past 6 years, across a range of subjects and levels; my aim is always to broaden and develop my students' understanding of their subject, before going on to develop exam technique and build confidence. ...
I have just returned to the UK after 20 months in New Delhi, India, where I was working as an Education Consultant and teaching the SAT and ACT. I love to engage my pupils in extra-curricular activities such as sports, arts and crafts, trips and days out, and educational visits. ...
I took a teaching post at Harrow School in 2015, teaching IGCSEs in English Language and Literature and delivering lectures to A-level students. I was also made Director-in-Residence and Master-in-Charge of Debating. Earlier that year I graduated with a first class degree in English Language and Literature from Christ Church, Oxford, where I was one of the twelve original Reuben Scholars. My papers in Shakespeare and Beckett for Finals were classed as publishable. Throughout my time at Oxford and Harrow, I have accumulated extensive experience tutoring privately for a range of abilities, from pre-test to university admissions. Although my undergraduate degree was in the arts, I have always nurtured a healthy interest in subjects across the curriculum, having studied Further Mathematics and Physics at A Level, and I am continually excited by the prospect of facilitating the development of a student’s academic pursuits in a variety of disciplines. A constant desire to advance my own knowledge energises me as a tutor, and I believe that communicating this enthusiasm allows me to stimulate both the curiosity and diligence of my tutees. ...
